Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers is a certification class for doctors, nurses and others who work in a medical profession or in clinical areas including nursing students or healthcare providers renewing their EXPIRED BLS certification. This course covers CPR for Adult, Child, and Infant, two person CPR with (BVM) Bag Valve Mask, Choking and AED. Textbook & other materials will be provided. First Aid portion reviews different types of basic care and how to respond properly to ill or injured persons.  The course will give you the knowledge and skills needed to manage illnesses and injuries in Adult, Child, and Infants in the first few minutes until professional help arrives (EMS).
